Three Delhi Boys Disappeared While Trying to Meet Salman Khan
In a strange and rather worrying incident, three schoolboys from Delhi aged just 9, 11 and 13 vanished from their homes without informing anyone. Their families were left shocked, especially after a handwritten note was found at one of their homes. The note said they were heading to Jalna to meet someone named Wahid who had promised them a meeting with Salman Khan. The boys had been chatting with him online, truly believing they were going to meet the superstar. Their sudden disappearance led to a police complaint and a four-day search.

Soon, CCTV footage confirmed they had boarded the Sachkhand Express from Ajmeri Gate station in Delhi, heading toward Maharashtra. This gave the police a solid direction. But once Wahid found out that the police were involved, he stopped replying to the boys. Confused and uncertain about what to do next, they ended their journey midway and got off at Nashik.
Though the boys had lost contact with Wahid, police managed to trace their location through minor activity on their phones. Four days after they disappeared, railway police and local authorities found them safe at a station in Nashik. Thankfully, the situation ended without harm, but it brought attention to how far young fans can go when caught up in the idea of meeting their idols.
Interestingly, Salman Khan had spoken about a similar fan incident during a recent conversation with Kapil Sharma on The Great Indian Kapil Show. He shared, a woman had approached the security at his home saying she wanted to go to the fourth floor. She rang the doorbell and when the servant opened it, she said, Salman called me over. Salman added, the servant knew right away that he had not called anyone and the woman, who turned out to be a fan, was calmly escorted out. This happened just weeks after another man was caught trying to sneak into the building. Following these back-to-back security breaches, Salman’s Bandstand home saw major upgrades including bulletproof balcony glass, advanced CCTV cameras and razor wire fencing.
