Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana & Varun Sharma to Star in Film Titled Side Heroes
Actors Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana, and Varun Sharma are coming together for the first time in a new film titled Side Heroes. Produced by Imtiaz Ali and Mahaveer Jain under Mahaveer Jain Films and Lyca Productions, the film is a lighthearted but emotional journey into friendship, memory, and joy.
The announcement was made as a special surprise on Friendship Day, gave fans a glimpse of the film’s cheerful vibe. Directed by Ssanjay Tripaathy and written by Siddarth Sen and Pankaj Matta, Side Heroes promises to be a mix of laughter and life lessons.
The story follows three childhood friends who meet again at a school reunion after years of being apart. Through their catch-ups and late-night conversations, they explore their past dreams, missed chances, and what happiness really means today. Set against a backdrop of nostalgia, the film offers a blend of humour and heartwarming emotions.
All the three lead actors – Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana and Varun Sharma are known for their natural comic timing and relatable screen presence. Fans can expect a lot of fun as the trio share screen space and bring their characters to life.
