Aamir Khan Surprise Visits at Rajinikanth’s Coolie Trailer Launch in Chennai

The trailer launch of Coolie in Chennai turned into a grand celebration of cinema with Bollywood and South Indian stars lighting up the stage. Held on August 2, the event was attended by big names like Aamir Khan, Rajinikanth, and Nagarjuna. Fans went wild as these legends appeared together to celebrate one of the most awaited films of the year.

Aamir Khan made a surprise entry at the event, dressed in a black sando top, denims, and a black jacket casually thrown over his shoulder. The crowd cheered loudly as he walked in with confidence and style. One of the most heartwarming moments of the night came when he bent down to touch Rajinikanth’s feet as a mark of respect. The veteran actor responded with a warm hug and handshake, a gesture that left fans emotional.

Nagarjuna too made a royal entrance, with fans calling it “like a king.” Sun Pictures, the production house behind the film, shared clips of the evening on Instagram, capturing all the special moments.

Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Sun Pictures’ Kalanithi Maran, is an action-thriller set to hit theatres on August 14. The film stars Rajinikanth in the lead, with Aamir Khan playing the intense character ‘Dahaa.’ The film also features an impressive ensemble cast including Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan, Upendra, Sathyaraj, and Soubin Shahir.

According to the official synopsis, Coolie revolves around an ageing gold smuggler who uses stolen tech hidden inside old golden watches to bring his former mafia gang back together. But things take a wild turn as his plan sparks chaos, greed, and a new criminal underworld.

The trailer, filled with high-octane action, bold characters, and stylish visuals, has already made waves online. With its powerful cast and gripping story, Coolie is all set to clash with War 2 at the box office this Independence Day weekend.
