Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt to Shift Into New Bungalow This Diwali
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s dream bungalow in Bandra is finally almost ready after years of waiting. The Krishna Raj bungalow, which has been under construction for quite some time, was still incomplete when the couple got married in April 2022, yet they had it beautifully lit up for their wedding celebrations. Since then, both Ranbir and Alia have been personally keeping an eye on the progress, making regular visits to ensure everything turns out the way they imagined.

Recently, a video of the bungalow went viral online, giving fans the clearest look yet at the six-storey house. Valued at nearly Rs 250 crore, the property feels like the perfect blend of class and comfort. Each balcony is decorated with plants and greenery, softening its grand structure, while glimpses of huge chandeliers inside hint at the elegance and warmth the interiors will soon bring.
As per reports, the finishing touches are currently being done on the interiors, which should take about a month. If all goes as planned, Ranbir and Alia will move in around Diwali. The timing couldn’t be better, as it means they’ll get to celebrate their daughter Raha’s third birthday on November 8 in their brand-new home, a memory that will surely be very special for the family.
Beyond its price and grandeur, the Krishna Raj bungalow holds a lot of sentimental value. Named after Ranbir’s grandmother, it was once home to Raj Kapoor and later to Rishi and Neetu Kapoor. Now, the house is expected to be registered in little Raha’s name, making it not just a home but also a priceless gift of legacy from her parents. Until the move, Ranbir, Alia, and Raha continue to stay at their Vastu apartment nearby, the same place where the couple got married, while eagerly waiting to step into this new chapter of their lives
