Exclusive: Priyanka Chopra Jonas Not Collaborating With Sanjay Leela Bhansali Right Now

Social media has been elated to read reports about Priyanka Chopra Jonas collaborating with Sanjay Leela Bhansali again. Many speculative pieces suggested that the actress would make her much-awaited Bollywood comeback with a special song in Bhansali’s Love & War. The speculations were at an all-time high when Priyanka shared throwback moments from Ram Chahe Leela in Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela.

Now, the claims are being refuted and deemed not true. A well-placed industry source has shared with Filmfare, “Priyanka Chopra Jonas just happened to post a throwback video of her song Ram Chahe Leela. While Priyanka and Sanjay Leela Bhansali share a great fondness and mutual respect for each other’s work, there is absolutely no truth to the speculation of them collaborating at this point in time.” The source has ended rumours and speculations once and for all. While fans were excited for Priyanka’s come back to Bollywood, the same is definitely not happening with Love & War.

Love & War is currently in production and gearing up for a March 20, 2026 release. The plot hasn’t been revealed yet but it has been confirmed that Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal are starring in the project. Ranbir and Vicky may have an epic faceoff. Priyanka is working on Rajamouli’s SSMB29, alongside Mahesh Babu. The movie’s release date hasn’t been announced but the actress is currently in Hyderabad with daughter Malti Marie and mother Madhu Chopra to shoot a few scenes from the project.
