War 2 Trailer: Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR and Kiara Advani Rule Action-Packed Sequences
The clips are filled with action-packed scenes between Hrithik and NTR. Ashutosh Rana calls their characters soldiers, who are fighting a war. The two actors also confess India first, hinting at a rivalry that stems from the love they have for their country. Kiara Advani is seen in romantic scenes with Hrithik, as well as in scenes where she flaunts a uniform and a bikini. Kiara’s bikini-clad sequence became quite popular after the release of War 2’s teaser some time back. Interestingly, the trailer shows the perfect amalgamation of action, romance and other intense emotions.
The movie is slated to release on August 14, 2025, in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Fans took to the comments of the trailer, posted on YRF’s YouTube channel. Some noted that it is ‘fire’ while others lauded the actors for pitch-perfect action.
In the middle of all the fast-paced action montages and gripping visuals, there’s a moment where Hrithik and Kiara are seen in full combat mode. It instantly grabs attention for the visuals and high-energy atmosphere.
The movie is directed by Ayan Mukerji. During a previous interview, Hrithik shared how War 2 was not easy to make, given the scale of production. The actor said, “War is a really special franchise for me. Seeing the appreciation that War 2’s teaser is getting, seeing how people are pouring their love for NTR, Kiara, Ayan, for me, and the entire team makes me really happy. It is not easy making films of this scale, and we have given our best to make War 2 an action spectacle for people.”
Talking about deciding to make the movie, Hrithik added, “I’ve always been a huge fan of the action genre since I was a kid, and I really have fun whenever I do films like War 2. So, for me, I had the best time reliving Kabir – a character that has given me love from all quarters for years now.”
