This Is Why Hrithik Roshan, Kiara Advani and Jr NTR’s War 2 Trailer Will Release on July 25
After Saiyaara’s massive success, Bollywood lovers are waiting with bated breath for YRF’s next, War 2 starring Hrithik Roshan, Kiara Advani and JR NTR. The Ayan Mukerji directorial will be releasing in theatres on August 14. Now, the makers have announced that the trailer of the film will be released on July 25 in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil.
However, this is not a randomly selected date. It has significance for both Hrithik and NTR Jr. This year, Hrithik and Jr NTR completed 25 years in the film industry, and to mark this moment, YRF will be releasing the trailer on July 25. The announcement caption read, “ANNOUNCEMENT🚨: #WAR2 trailer out on July 25th. #War2 is set to release in Hindi, Telugu & Tamil on August 14th in cinemas worldwide! @iHrithik @tarak9999|@advani_kiara | #AyanMukerji | #YRFSpyUniverse.” The makers also shared the official poster and wrote, “In 2025, 2 icons of Indian cinema complete 25 years of their glorious cinematic journey. To celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime moment, YRK marks July 25 as the trailer launch date of War 2. Here’s to the most epic clash of the titans. Mark your calendar.”

Last month, the makers released intense character posters of Hrithik, NTR and Kiara. Hrithik appeared to be effortlessly himself, giving off his indelible charm and a rugged look, to boot. Jr NTR looked fully immersed in his character’s menacing look, and Kiara was presented in a never-before-seen avatar.
Produced by Aditya Chopra, this film serves as a sequel to the highly successful 2019 blockbuster, War. The film appears to offer a series of thrilling action sequences, including mind-blowing stunts, intense gun battles, hand-to-hand combat, and a captivating sword fight scene starring Hrithik Roshan. This film also marks Kiara and Jr NTR’s entry into the YRF spy-universe.
