Aditya Dhar’s Special Birthday Surprise for Dhurandhar Star Ranveer Singh

It seems that Aditya Dhar had a carefully crafted plan to celebrate Ranveer Singh’s birthday this year with a remarkable surprise. He was secretly working on a special element of his much-awaited film, Dhurandhar, as a unique gift for his leading actor. Ranveer celebrates his birthday on July 6.

However, the news somehow spread and eventually reached Ranveer, who then inquired with Aditya about the matter. Aditya initially attempted to avoid the subject, but when Ranveer insisted, Aditya eventually acknowledged the plan and requested that Ranveer trust him and await the official release of the grand first look.

According to sources familiar with the production, Aditya was very eager to surprise Ranveer and went to great lengths to maintain secrecy. Although Ranveer had seen initial footage of Dhurandhar, and the final first look unit, scheduled for release on his birthday, was kept strictly confidential. The two have had numerous discussions, and Ranveer has asked countless questions regarding the same, all of which Aditya has patiently addressed.

“Ranveer is aware that something special is coming, a genuine cinematic experience, but he has not seen the final version,” an insider revealed, suggesting the excitement and buzz. The source added, “It’s entirely Aditya’s clever approach to make this birthday not just memorable, but truly iconic for his superstar.”

Throughout his fifteen-year film career, Ranveer Singh has been a part of numerous successful films, including Band Baaja Baaraat, Padmaavat, Simmba, Bajirao Mastani and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, to name a few. Currently, he is occupied with the filming of director Aditya Dhar’s action-drama, Dhurandhar. Alongside Ranveer, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Akshaye Khanna, and Sanjay Dutt will also be portraying important roles in the film. Dhurandhar is a spy thriller, and media reports suggest its narrative will be set in Pakistan during the 1970s and 1980s. The film’s shooting is approaching its completion. Following this project, he is set to appear in Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3. Also, reports suggest that Ranveer will be joining Maddock Films’ supernatural universe.
