Govinda Announces His Next Project Titled Duniyadari

He shared a glimpse from his preparation, where he is seen dancing to a track. While the track is unknown, it seems that Govinda is rehearsing for an important sequence from the movie. In the video, he is performing in his signature dance style. He captioned the clip as, “Doing rehearsal for my forthcoming film Duniyadari.” The details about the movie have been kept under the wraps. However, fans have been eagerly waiting for Govinda to make a comeback.

In a recent interview, Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja has reacted to claims of the actor being offered James Cameron’s Avatar. She said, “Arre yaar mujhe nahi pata kab offer hui. 40 saal toh mujhe hogaye Govinda ke saath. Avatar ka director, producer kab aaya mujhe nahi maalum. Huyi bhi hai ke nahi I don’t know. Main jhooth nahi bolti na main chugli karungi idhar naa main kisika side lungi. Main jhooth ka saath nahi dungi.”

During an episode of Aap Ki Adalat, Govinda had previously noted that he was offered the movie. He said, “I have left an offer of Rs 21.5 crore, and I remember this because it was very painful leaving it. I have given the film’s title – Avatar. James told me the hero in the film was handicapped, so I said I’m not doing the film.”

For those unaware the actor was last seen in the 2019 movie Rangeela Raja. It also features Shakti Kapoor, Digangana Suryavanshi and Prem Chopra, among others.
