Aamir Khan Surprises Fans During Sitaare Zameen Par’s Screening

Aamir Khan recently surprised moviegoers by showing up at a theatre during the screening of his latest film Sitaare Zameen Par. A video capturing the moment was shared on the Aamir Khan Talkies YouTube channel. Fans were overjoyed to see him in person and welcomed him with loud cheers and applause. Aamir wasn’t alone,he was joined by the film’s cast, who seemed just as thrilled to be part of the experience.

During his interaction with the audience, Aamir asked, “Kaesi lagi film (How did you like the film)?” The crowd responded enthusiastically, with one fan saying, “Aamir, we are proud of you. You have done a superb job.” Aamir then introduced the film’s director RS Prasanna and acknowledged other key members of the team. In his speech, he told fans, “Thank you so much for the love you are giving us. We really appreciate and we are really touched.”

He also took a moment to praise the newcomers in the film, calling them the true stars of the show. “They are the heart and soul of the film,” he said, applauding their hard work and talent. Some of the fresh faces even interacted with the audience themselves, visibly moved by the warm reception. Before wrapping up, Aamir once again expressed his gratitude to everyone for their support and love for the film.

Sitaare Zameen Par features 10 new actors. Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar. Directed by RS Prasanna, the film also stars Genelia D’Souza. With lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya and music by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, the film hit theatres on June 20. Interestingly, Aamir has decided not to release the film on OTT platforms. According to a trade analyst, Aamir even declined a Rs.120 crore offer from Amazon Prime Video for the digital rights.
