Over 100 Crew Members of Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar Fall Sick in Leh
At least 120 crew members of Ranveer Singh’s upcoming film Dhurandhar have fallen ill due to suspected food poisoning. The team was shooting in the Leh district of Ladakh when the incident occurred, forcing the film’s shooting to be halted. According to reports, the unfortunate incident took place on August 17, when the crew was filming in Pathar Sahib. Mid-Day quoted officials as saying, “Over 100 workers of a Bollywood film crew were hospitalised in Leh after a suspected case of food poisoning late Sunday evening.”
Crew members are said to have developed symptoms such as severe abdominal pain, vomiting and headaches shortly after consuming the food. They were rushed to the Sajal Narbbu Memorial Hospital. 600 people were served the food out of which 120 were affected and required medical assistance. Rumours suggest that a few individuals also suffered cardiac-related complications. Food samples have been collected and sent for further tests to determine the exact cause of the contamination. Meanwhile, the shoot has been cancelled for now.

Reports also suggest that Ranveer and Aditya are planning another film amid the shooting of Dhurandhar. However, they plan to take it on floors once the actor is done with Don 3. Meanwhile, Dhurandhar is set to release in cinemas worldwide on December 5, 2025.
