Tamannaah Bhatia Breaks Silence on Rumours Linking Her to Virat Kohli & Abdul Razzaq

Recently, Tamannaah Bhatia discussed her personal life, addressing rumours that connected her to former Pakistani cricketer Abdul Razzaq and Indian cricketer Virat Kohli. During a recent interview, Tamannaah, who recently made headlines for her separation from Vijay Varma, discussed the consistent rumours linking her to cricketers.

She mentioned that the speculation initially started after an image of her with Abdul Razzaq at a jewellery store event in 2020. Speaking on the matter, she said, “Mazaak mazaak mein Abdul Razzaq (The buzz seemed funny to me)! The Internet is a fun place. According to the internet, I was briefly married to Abdul Razzaq. I’m sorry, sir. Aapke do teen bachche hai (You have 2-3 children). I don’t know about your life, but it was so embarrassing.”

Tamannaah Bhatia was also linked to Virat Kohli after the two were seen together in an advertisement. Recalling the same, Tamannaah shared, “I feel so bad because I literally met him for only one day. I have never met Virat after the shoot. Na maine unse baat ki, na unse mili hoon (I don’t talk to him or meet him).”

During the interview, Tamannaah also shared that it can be uncomfortable when the media associates one with someone with whom there is no relationship or connection at all. Recently, Tamannaah was seen in the supernatural thriller Odela 2, where she played a sadhvi. While the original film, Odela Railway Station, was a crime thriller, Odela 2, which also includes Hebah Patel, the female lead from the first film, explores supernatural themes. In the film, Tamannaah’s character, Shiva Shakthi, arrives in Odela, a village under the protection of the deity Odela Mallanna Swamy, to fight an evil force that seeks to control the five elements.

Speaking of Hindi films, she was last seen in Stree 2 and the immensely popular song Aaj Ki Raat. Tamannaah is currently preparing for her upcoming film, VVAN: Force of the Forest. Directed by Deepak Mishra and Arunabh Kumar, this film will also feature Sidharth Malhotra and is slated to be released on May 15, 2026.
