Alia and Ranbir’s bungalow is being tagged as the costliest celebrity home. According to Business Today, the cost has surpassed Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa. Mannat is approximately Rs 200 crores while Jalsa is of Rs 120 crores.
The mansion was previously registered under Ranbir’s grandparents, Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor. It was later registered under Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor. Now Ranbir and Alia have registered the bungalow under their daughter Raha Kapoor’s name.
As per reports, the bungalow is almost done, with a few finishing touches left to be given. It has been announced if Alia and Ranbir are planning to move soon. However, the move can be expected in 2025 itself.

On the professional front, both Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are currently filming their movie with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, titled Love & War. Vicky Kaushal is also a major part of the movie. Alia will also be seen in YRF’s ALPHA. She will share the screen space with Sharvari and Bobby Deol. Apart from that, Ranbir is gearing up for the release of Ramayana: Part 1. It is slated to release on Diwali 2025. The second part of the epic will be released on Diwali 2026.
