Sidharth Malhotra & Janhvi Kapoor’s Param Sundari Gets a New Release Date
The release of Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor’s much-awaited film, Param Sundari, has been officially moved ahead by a month from July to August 2025. Produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films, this romantic drama had already generated some buzz online after the release of its first look. Hence, fans will need to have a bit more patience before witnessing this contemporary love story on the big screen. Previously, there were rumours regarding a potential shift in the release date of the Sidharth-Janhvi film, amidst the excitement around Saiyaara, and now, an official update has been released.
The excitement has surely increased with the announcement. The much-discussed love story, Param Sundari, featuring the fresh new pairing of Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor, is now scheduled to release in theatres on August 29, 2025.

Earlier today, the production team confirmed the change in the release date of Param Sundari. Maddock Films shared this announcement on social media, writing, “Dinesh Vijan brings to you the Biggest Love Story of the Year Param Sundari arrives in cinemas on 29th August. And in just 1 hour, feel its soul with the year’s most heartfelt song – Pardesiya.”
Directed by Tushar Jalota, Param Sundari is touted to be a lively and romantic celebration of contrasting personalities coming together, featuring a North Indian boy and a South Indian girl, with love, humour, and cultural chaos set in Kerala.
There is excitement amongst fans, the music has gained popularity, and fans are already expressing their enthusiasm.
