Saiyaara box office Day 10: Ahaan Panday’s film does the unthinkable in 2nd weekend
‘Saiyaara’, starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, neared the benchmark of Rs 250 crore nett India after its second weekend at the box office. The film collected around Rs 30 crore on its second Sunday – totally an unthinkable feat to achieve for a film led by debutants in the industry.
After wrapping its first week on a fantastic note, the Mohit Suri-directorial went on to earn around Rs 75 crore nett in its second weekend alone, taking the collection to Rs 247.25 crore nett after 10 days.

The YRF film is looking at entering the Rs 300 crore club by the end of its second week. The musical love story is one of the rare Bollywood films led by fresh faces to have gained solid traction in theatres even in its second weekend.
‘Saiyaara’ has got one more week to perform smoothly at the ticket window, until ‘Son of Sardaar 2’ and ‘Dhadak 2’ hit the screens. It will be interesting to see how the film manages to hold on its own amid new releases.
