‘Secret Live of Mormon Wives’ Prepare to “Expose It All” in Reunion Special Teaser
Will MomTok survive a reunion special?
The core cast of Hulu’s unscripted series TheSecret Live of Mormon Wives gathered for a drama-filled evening, with the first teaser, released Monday, showing the ladies, and men, of MomTok picking right back up on the drama that the 10-episode second season ended with.
“Let’s get into it,” reunion special host Nick Viall said to kick off the teaser. And get into they do — jumping to a clip of Viall grilling castmember Jessi Ngatikaura on whether she cheated. Castmember Whitney Leavitt, who emerged from the show’s first season as the apparent antagonist, said she wouldn’t trust an unnamed “her.” There were plenty of tears throughout the teaser — among the women and men. The episode will “uncover secrets and scandals, never-before-seen footage and a surprise announcement,” according to a release.
The unscripted Hulu series, which follows a group of Utah-based Mormon influencers who call themselves MomTok, became an online fan favorite following its September 2024 premiere and returned for another season in May.
