Karan Veer Mehra starts shooting for Omung Kumar’s Silaa, Chum Darang cheers him on

Actor Karan Veer Mehra has officially started filming for his latest project, ‘Silaa’, where he takes on the role of the antagonist. The film kicked off with a traditional mahurat shot. Mehra shared images of this ceremony on social media, featuring him alongside director Omung Kumar, known for directing films such as ‘Mary Kom’ and ‘Sarbjit’.

The shoot was attended by other cast members, including Harshvardhan Rane, Sadia Khateeb, and Ipsitaa. Chum Darang, a friend of Mehra from their time on the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 18’, showed her support for him. “Best wishes! Break a leg!!! You the best!” she wrote in the comments section. The actor was the winner of ‘BB 18’.
