Saba Pataudi responds to trolls questioning Saif Ali Khan’s recovery
After Saif Ali Khan’s discharge from the hospital, a lot of people have been questioning his quick recovery. Now, the actor’s sister Saba Pataudi has schooled the trolls and given them a strong response. Saif was stabbed repeatedly on January 16 at his Bandra residence by an intruder. He was discharged from the Lilavati Hospital five days after the incident and was seen in good form, which led to a lot of speculations.
She shared a post by a social media account which read, “Educate yourselves: Doctor explains reason as people call Saif’s recovery ‘quick’.”
Saba urged people to read the caption of the original post which explained Saif’s conditions. The post read, “Cardiologist Dr Deepak Krishnamurthy dismissed doubts over #SaifAliKhan’s 5-day recovery after surgeries due to multiple stab wounds. Sharing a video of his 78-year-old mother walking after a spine surgery, Dr Deepak said, “People who’ve had cardiac bypass surgeries. climb stairs on 3rd/4th day…educate yourselves,” he added.”
Meanwhile, the actor recorded his statement with the police last week. As per reports, he told the police that he was at home with Kareena when they heard their son Jehangir’s nanny screaming.
They rushed to Jeh’s room where they saw the intruder. When the actor tried to intervene, he was stabbed multiple times on his hands, neck and back. However, Saif Ali Khan managed to push the man and lock him inside the room.
