Blink-182 Announces L.A. Fire Relief Concert

Blink-182 is headed to the Hollywood Palladium for a one-night-only performance, Live Nation said Monday.

The three-member group — comprised of Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker — will put on a special relief benefit with special guests Alkaline Trio. The Feb. 13 show will support L.A. fire relief with 100 percent of ticket proceeds going to Pasadena Humane Society, California Fire Department, LAFD Foundation and ARC Firefighter Fund.

Live Nation announced that Ticketmaster’s “Face Value Exchange” will be put in place for the event, meaning fans that who can no longer attend can only resell them to other fans at the original price paid.

Blink-182’s show is the latest in a slew of L.A. wildfire relief efforts throughout the music industry. As the industry pours into L.A. for the upcoming Grammy Awards, many events for the week have been canceled. Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group and Spotify have canceled all of their pre- and post-Grammy activities, instead redirecting their funds and support towards the wildfire relief efforts.

Live Nation, AEG and the Azoff Company have partnered up for a star-studded fire relief concert, FireAid, set to take place Jan. 30. Billie Eilish and Finneas, Lady Gaga, Earth, Wind & Fire, Gracie Abrams, Green Day, Jelly Roll, Joni Mitchell, Katy Perry and more will perform at two-venue concert, held between Inglewood arenas the Intuit Dome and The Kia Forum. The concerts will be broadcast by select AMC Theatres, Apple Music and the Apple TV App, Max, iHeartRadio, KTLA+, Netflix/Tudom, Paramount+, Prime Video and the Amazon Music Channel on Twitch, SiriusXM, SoundCloud, Veeps and YouTube.

Tickets for Blink-182’s benefit concert go on sale at Jan. 27 at 3 p.m. PT.
