EXCLUSIVE: Janhvi Kapoor learnt THIS dance form for Param Sundari
Janhvi Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra are set to share screen space in Param Sundari. The upcoming film marks their first collaboration. As insights about the production emerge, Filmfare has exclusively learnt new details about the film.
As per our sources, Janhvi Kapoor has been hard at work learning mohiniyattam, a classical dance form from Kerala. It is a solo dance inspired by the mythical female form of the Hindu God Vishnu. Looks like the actress is dedicated to portraying her character authentically.
In Param Sundari, Janhvi plays a South Indian woman who falls in love with a North Indian man (Sidharth Malhotra). We also know that the film’s shooting schedule is underway in Kerala.
Earlier, the makers announced the project with a motion poster offering a first look at the lead cast. Further details from the film are awaited.
