Shah Rukh Khan’s Daughter Suhana Khan in Legal Crosshairs Over Agricultural Land in Alibaug

Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan has reportedly sparked legal scrutiny over her alleged purchase of an agricultural land in the city of Alibaug in Maharashtra. The actress brought two plots in 2023 and 2024, collectively around Rs 22 crores overall. The plots have been registered under the firm owned by Gauri Khan’s mother and sister-in-law, Deja Vu Farm.

One of the plots, which Suhana reportedly bought for 12.91 crores, was originally allocated by the Government for farming. The actress brought it from three sisters, Anjali, Rekha and Priya. They inherited the plot from their parents. While purchasing, Suhana also paid a stamp duty Rs 77.46 lakhs. Moreover, Suhana has allegedly been shown as a farmer in the documents. Further status on the matter is pending as the authorities are investigating the issue according to a report attributed to IANS.

Shah Rukh Khan also owns an opulent farmhouse in Alibaug under Deja Vu Farms. The building is reportedly worth Rs 15 crores. Shah Rukh has hosted his friends and family at the farmhouse, with photos and videos doing rounds on social media time and again. On the professional front, Suhana Khan is currently preparing for her theatrical debut with King. The movie, starring Shah Rukh Khan as well, is currently in production. The Siddharth Anand directorial will also feature Abhishek Bachchan and Abhay Verma in leading roles. Aryan Khan, on the other hand, is gearing up to make his directorial debut with The Ba***ds of Bollywood. It is scheduled to release on Netflix on September 18, 2025. The makers recently released a preview of the series, which has been well-appreciated by fans.
