Sidharth Malhotra Praises Kiara Advani’s War 2, Calls Hrithik Roshan’s Performance ‘Class Apart’

Sidharth Malhotra expressed his admiration for his wife, Kiara Advani’s performance, after watching Ayan Mukerji’s action film War 2, which stars Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. Sidharth shared a brief review on social media, describing the film as a stylish cinematic experience and complimenting Kiara’s grace and strength on screen.

Sidharth Malhotra took to Instagram and praised War 2, saying, “What a ride! Action, scale and so much style. @kiaraliaadvani such grace and strength on screen. @hrithikroshan As always a class apart. @jrntr sheer power house on screen and a big applause to @ayan_mukerji and team for bringing it all to life.” Kiara responded to the note by using heart emojis.

 Kiara Advani makes her entry into the YRF Spy Universe with War 2, which also includes films like Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, and Pathaan. She plays Kavya Luthra in the film, a new character with impressive action sequences and a strong connection with Hrithik Roshan.

Kiara expressed her gratitude to the audience by sharing a still from the movie, saying, “Your love speaks the loudest…seeing your smiles, your cheers, your excitement fills our hearts with joy…#War2 in cinemas.”

The film has earned Rs 142 crore within three days. Its release coincided with Rajinikanth’s Coolie, resulting in an interesting box office competition. Despite receiving mixed reviews from both viewers and critics, War 2 is maintaining a strong performance throughout the weekend.

 The film’s impressive scope, elaborate set designs, and star-studded cast, including Hrithik Roshan’s screen presence, Jr NTR’s powerful performance, and Kiara Advani’s much-talked about entry in the YRF Spy Universe, are being praised by audiences. Ayan Mukerji’s direction has also received acclaim for its ability to create grand action sequences and maintain a fast-paced narrative. However, some have also mentioned the film following the same pattern as seen in the previous Spy Verse films and nothing fresh being offered when it comes to narrative.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sidharth Malhotra will be next seen opposite Janhvi Kapoor in Param Sundari, which releases on August 29.
