Suniel Shetty, Arjun Kapoor Celebrate India’s Win Over England in The Final Match of the Test Series
Cricket and Bollywood have always shared a close connection with each other. It was no different today, when India managed to chalk out a close victory against England in the 5th and final test match of the series by 6 runs, thereby ending up drawing the scoreline to 2-2. Fast bowler Mohammed Siraj was the hero of the day, with a match-winning five-wicket-haul that took India towards victory. Suniel Shetty, who is also the father-in-law of cricketer Kl Rahul, who also played in the game, was seen absolutely delighted in the video recorded by his son, Ahan Shetty as they celebrated the victory with great enthusiasm and excitement, waving the Indian flag in the stands.

Along with the winning moment clip, Ahan also posted images with Suniel Shetty from the game, summarizing the win and experience in the caption that read, “2 incredible days at The Oval! What a game and what a win! Come on India, always my India!”

Athiya Shetty, wife of cricketer Kl Rahul, expressed her happiness and appreciation for the team on Instagram stories, adding the caption, “Unreal!!!”
Kareena Kapoor Khan, also took to Instagram and celebrated the win by adding an image from the winning moments on the field, with the caption, “Jai Hind!”
Anil Kapoor too posted the winning moments from the game, and in his usual enthusiasm added the caption, “What a fight. What a finish. Team India doesn’t play safe – they play like legends!”
Arjun Kapoor heaped praises on the star of the game, Mohammed Siraj, and added a heartfelt note, “@mohammedsirajofficial Miyaan kya baat hai!!!
