Kay Kay Menon’s Special Ops 2 Gets New OTT Release Date
The return of Kay Kay Menon as R&AW officer Himmat Singh has been highly anticipated by fans. Although many were expecting the wait to conclude this Friday, the release of Special Ops Season 2 has been postponed. Viewers and fans will need to wait for a bit more before they can enjoy the new episodes.
The second season of Special Ops was originally scheduled for release on July 11.
Based on the updated release date, the release date of the new season of the popular show is now set for July 18.
The show will continue to be streamed on JioHotstar. Confirming the new release date, the OTT platform has shared a clip from the show. The caption accompanying the post stated: “Himmat Singh in action again! Are y’all ready? #HotstarSpecials #SpecialOps2, streaming from July 18, only on #JioHotstar.”
In response to the delay, a user shared their thoughts in the comment section, “Himmat gives us himmat too.” Another fan added, “Please release it on 18th July now.”
On his Instagram account, Kay Kay Menon previously shared that the show’s release date had been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. He also mentioned that all episodes of the season would be released together.
